Refine your strokes and build endurance with a focus on improving freestyle and backstroke skills over approximately 25 meters. Swimmers will work on rotary breathing, refining freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, and introduce legal competitive swimming turns, and diving techniques.
