
Group Swim Lessons
Cost: $125 Per 4-Week Session

With small class sizes of 3-5 participants, you'll receive individualized attention in every lesson. Held weekly in four-week blocks, our classes guarantee steady improvement, catering to the unique pace of every swimmer. Group lessons are broken down into 4 levels:
NOTE: Ages are provided as a reference. Choose a level based on the individual’s current capabilities. See below for additional details for each level
1 | Level 1 Group Lessons | Water Discovery Journey Age 2.5+
2 | Level 2 Group Lessons | Aquatic Foundations Ages 4+
3 | Level 3 Group Lessons | Stroke Evolution Age 5-6+
4 | Level 4 Group Lessons | Stroke Enhancement: Ages 7-8+
The number of lessons required for a child to become proficient varies due to individual learning styles. Children must be capable of sitting, waiting their turn, and following directions in order to start group lessons. Swim lessons are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
**Please note the age ranges associated with each level are provided for guidance, but it's important to note that every swimmer progresses at their own pace and comfort level. Some swimmers may need additional focus on fundamental skills, while others may be ready to tackle more advanced techniques.

1 | Level 1 Group Lessons
Water Discovery Journey Age 2.5+
This is an entry-level swim lesson designed to build confidence and familiarity with swimming.
Embark on a journey of water exploration tailored for beginners comfortable in pool environments. Swimmers will be introduced to:
Basic balancing with a flotation device
Submersion of face and head at their pace
Supported front and back floating
Assisted rolling and gliding
Flutter kick and introductory freestyle arm movements
Jumping into and climbing out of the water.
Students in this level will be provided with a flotation device during the lesson and items such as noodles, barbells and kickboards will be utilized to assist the swimmer

2 | Level 2 Group Lessons
Aquatic Foundations Ages 4+
These lessons build upon those skills learned in Level 1 to further enhance the ability of the swimmer and starts instilling foundational skills.
Dive deeper into fundamental aquatic skills designed for swimmers who can already float on their front and back and submerge their head/face. Swimmers will focus on:
Mastering independent front and back floating
Independent rolling and gliding
Freestyle and backstroke techniques -with and without supports
Retrieving underwater objects from a shallow depth
Independent sit diving into water over their heads.

Stroke Evolution Age 5-6+
Advance your swimming abilities with a focus on stroke development, tailored for swimmers already comfortable swimming on their front and back. This level emphasizes
Underwater gliding
Freestyle with side rotary breathing
Backstroke

Dolphin kicks / introduction to butterfly
Object retrieval in deeper waters
Treading water
Deep water jumping
Basic diving techniques.

4 | Stroke Lessons
Stroke Clinic: Ages 6+
Prepare for the summer swim team season by refining your strokes and building endurance. This program focuses on improving freestyle and backstroke skills over distances of 25-50 meters. Swimmers will practice rotary breathing, refine all four strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—and learn legal competitive turns and diving techniques. Practices are held twice a week .
