Advance your swimming abilities with a focus on stroke development, tailored for swimmers already comfortable swimming on their front and back. This level emphasizes

  • Underwater gliding

  • Freestyle with side rotary breathing

  • Backstroke

  • Breaststroke

  • Dolphin kicks / introduction to butterfly

  • Object retrieval in deeper waters

  • Treading water

  • Deep water jumping

  • Basic diving techniques.
